Once the AI system starts processing your request or generating a design, cancellation will not be possible.

b. Service-Based Cancellations

If you have subscribed to any premium service, cancellation may not be available once the AI-generated content or files are delivered.

We do not offer cancellations on digital or downloadable items after access has been provided.

c. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Nimora AI may cancel a transaction or service due to technical issues, non-availability of features, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled with fairness and transparency. However, since our services involve instant digital delivery and AI-generated outputs, refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Dissatisfaction with the style, appearance, or artistic interpretation of the AI-generated design.
  • Incorrect information or description provided by the user during design generation.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party integrations or internet connectivity issues.

b. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.

c. Request Submission

  • To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Provide order details, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue for verification.

4. Damaged or Defective Deliverables

As Nimora AI provides digital services, physical damage does not apply. However, if you experience technical issues with downloaded files, corrupted formats, or inaccessible design outputs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our support team will investigate and provide a corrected file or approve a refund where appropriate.

5. Exceptions

  • Services or subscriptions purchased under promotional offers, trial plans, or discounted packages may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for partial usage of subscription-based services.
